Utility Modeling Requests
The purpose of the utility modeling request form is to provide the latest City of Kelowna utility network information to developers, engineering consultants and fire protection groups in order to complete their on site system designs. Modeling fees are based on the Development Application Fees Bylaw No. 12552.
