Schedule 2 - Servicing Agreement

Schedule 2 provides the development servicing agreement template for agreements between the City of Kelowna and a developer.  A development servicing agreement (DSA) is a legal contract between the City of Kelowna and a developer that outlines the responsibilities and obligations of both parties for the provision of municipal services and infrastructure to a new development. A DSA typically includes the scope, design, timing, and cost of infrastructure to support the development, as well as the security, warranty, and maintenance requirements. A DSA is required for any development that involves the construction or alteration of roads, water, sewer, drainage, or park facilities within the city limits.
