British Columbia Building Code 2018
- Schedule A: Confirmation of commitment by owner and coordinating registered professional
- This letter must be submitted before issuance of a building permit.
- Schedule B: Assurance of professional design and commitment for field review
- This letter must be submitted prior to the commencement of construction activities of the components identified.
- Schedule C(a): Assurance of coordinating of professional field review
- This letter must be submitted after the completion of the project but before the occupancy permit is issued, or a final inspection is made, by the authority having jurisdiction.
- Schedule C(b): Assurance of professional field review and compliance
- This letter must be submitted after completion of the project but prior to final inspection by the authority having jurisdiction. A separate letter must be submitted by each registered professional of record.
- Schedule C: Indemnification Agreement - Canopy or Awning
- Schedule D: Confirmation of insurance
- This letter shall be submitted along with the letters of assurance required by the Building Code or Kelowna's Building Bylaw before issuance of a building permit. A separate letter shall be submitted for each registered professional.
- Only an original Schedule printed by the City of Kelowna or an unaltered photocopy of this Schedule is to be completed and submitted.
- Schedule E: Owner's undertaking
- To be submitted prior to issuance of a building permit
- Only an original Schedule printed by the City of Kelowna or an unaltered photocopy of this Schedule is to be completed and submitted.
