Fireflow Upgrades - Eagle Dr and Fairway Cr

This fireflow project has long been identified in water master plans in order to achieve residential fireflows (60 L/s) in the neighboring area close to Kelowna Golf and Country Club. Since this area is adjacent to the former Glenmore Ellison Improvement District, hydrants that are serviced off of these watermains are low flow hydrants due to dead end 150mm pipe sizing. The goal of this project is to achieve residential fireflows through the looping of existing 150mm watermains in the area.
