Rutland Sports Field Optimization

Proposed as a priority in the 10-year Capital Plan, the optimization of future sports fields will take place at the site of Rutland Recreation Park, the home of the Rutland Activity Centre, Rutland Arena and the Rutland Family Y. The optimization of sports fields in Rutland includes the consideration of a new grass field, with space for a potential second, and converting the central field to artificial turf with lighting.  This project responds to sports field capacity challenges.
