The objective of this project is to upgrade water infrastructure within Alta Vista Rd. The existing cast iron watermain, which is susceptible to costly breaks, will be abandoned in favour of a new, larger diameter PVC watermain. As a result of this upgrade, residents will benefit from increased fire flow and hydrant coverage. New residential water services will also be provided.
