Installation of a total of 1,300m of 1200mm diameter sewer trunk along Burtch Rd (at Byrns Rd) to the existing 1200mm trunk main stubbed off at Raymer Ave and Gordon Dr.

The project will be split into two additional phases: Phase 2a along Burtch Rd to Raymer Ave will be constructed in 2025 as part of the Burtch Rd extension project. Phase 2b from Burtch Rd to Gordon Dr through the Sunrise Village community is tentatively planned for construction in 2027.
