Installation of a total of 1,300m of 1200mm diameter trunk sewer along Burtch Rd (at Byrns Rd) to the existing 1200mm trunk main stubbed off at Raymer Ave and Gordon Dr.
The project will be split into two additional phases. Phase 2a along Burtch Rd to Raymer will be constructed in 2025 as part of the Burtch Rd extension project. Phase 2b from Burtch to Gordon through Sunrise Village is tentatively planned for construction in 2027.
