Walrod Street Sanitary Catchment Realignment

This multi-year project will redirect the sanitary flows within the local catchment from the Guy Street Lift Station to the Brandt’s Creek Lift Station on Ethel Street at Weddell Place to balance flow patterns.

In 2025 Phase 1 will consist of installation of new sanitary sewer pipe along Ethel Street (between Weddell Place and Bay Avenue) as well as along Bay Avenue (between Ethel Street and Jones Street). Pettigrew Street as well as a small section of Crowley Avenue will also have new sanitary sewer installed.
