Sunset Drive Crosswalk Upgrade

The Sunset Dr crosswalk improvement project is being delivered through the annual Crosswalk Program. It is part of the ongoing investments by the City to achieve the goals within the Transportation Master Plan (TMP), Official Community Plan (OCP), Pedestrian and Bicycle Master Plan (PBMP), and others. Making walking a safer, more comfortable, and viable way to travel through Kelowna supports long-term goals around protecting our environment, promoting inclusive transportation, and improving community health.

The project has been postponed to the second quarter of 2025 due to cold weather and the availability of construction crew resources.
