Morrison Ave (Ethel to Richter) Urbanization

Part of the local street urbanization program Morrison Ave from Richter to Ethel will be upgraded with sidewalk on both sides of the road and new storm water management system complete with curb and gutter. The design includes a shared drive lane to encourage drivers to reduce speed. Parallel parking along both sides of the street and new boulevard trees will be installed along the road to provide shade, beauty and improve Kelowna's green canopy.
