McClure Road Sidewalk

The McClure Rd Sidewalk project will complete a network gap and create continuous sidewalk between Lakeshore Rd and Raymer Rd. This connection is used by students accessing three nearby schools – Anne McClymont Elementary, Okanagan Mission Secondary, and Bellevue Creek Elementary. The McClure east/west corridor also connects to the Lakeshore Rd ATC, commercial area to the south at Collett Rd, transit stops on Lakeshore Rd and Gordon Dr, and has existing crosswalks with flashers at McClure & Gordon and McClure & Lakeshore.
The project will include the design and construction of a 1.8m wide sidewalk complete with concrete curbs and boulevards from Lakeshore Road to connection 100m East of Doeksen Road. Road resurfacing to be completed from Lakeshore Road to Needham Court.
