Elk's Stadium Batter's Eye

The installation of a batter's eye is planned for Elk's Stadium. This is a solid coloured area beyond center field that is a visual back drop, directly in the line of sight of the batter. This allows the batter to see the pitched ball against a sharply contracted background and increases the safety of the batter behind the plate.
