A requirement of the Province’s Pay Transparency Act for employers with more than 1000+ employees, the City's first Pay Transparency Report provides a valuable point-in-time look at staff gender and compensation data. The report bring important awareness to the pay disparities faced by women and non-binary employees and to continue to improve in this area. The 2024 report is based on gender, salary, hours worked, bonus pay, overtime pay and overtime hours worked by City employees in 2023.
