The RBCF, located at 551 Commonage Road within the North Okanagan Regional District, processes biosolids from Kelowna, Vernon, and other nearby wastewater treatment plants, combining them with wood products to create high-quality, nutrient-rich Class A compost, as defined by the Organic Matter Recycling Regulation (OMRR).
