Description: The City of Kelowna is seeking an appraisal firm to complete non-biased, specialized appraisal work and provide one-off consulting services to support the Real Estate Services department. The firm should have a broad range of experience and expertise, with numerous AACI certified appraisers available. The successful firm will provide appraisal expertise in commercial, industrial, agricultural, air-space and on-water interests, expropriations, partial takings, development scenarios, and act as an expert witness as required.
