Description: This Request for Proposals (the “Opportunity”) is an invitation by the City of Kelowna (the “City”) to Submitters (“Submitter” means an individual, a company, a joint venture (formed or proposed) that submits, or intends to submit, a submission in response to this Opportunity) to provide a submission for the goods, services, or construction summarized below and as further described in Appendix C Section 1.
