Description: The City is seeking a collaborative HVAC Contractor for various facilities projects. Primarily involving retrofits, these projects will be on an as-needed basis and may include, but are not limited to, the following City-owned buildings and facilities:
• Pools
• Utility buildings
• Administrative buildings
• Community buildings
• Police and fire stations
• Museums
• Libraries
• Heritage buildings
• Leased residential and commercial buildings
The construction budget is projected to be up to $10,000,000 over the five-year term, subject to annual approval by the council. Project closes Aug 20, 2024 2:00 PM PDT.
