Osteofit has been designed specifically for people with osteoporosis and low bone density who have been inactive and are looking for an introductory exercise program. It is safe for individuals who have had spinal fractures or who have broken their hip or other bones and is safe and gentle enough not to cause pain or injury even if you are not used to exercise. Taught by a certified Osteofit instructor. This program is appropriate for participants with Parkinson's disease and the general population.

Country Two-Step - Tuesday 8:15 PM (Apr 8 - May 13)

The two-step is the most popular style of country dance. You’ve probably encountered it anywhere where people have been dancing to country music. can be danced in bars and nightclubs to weddings, socials, and other events. The two-step is a smooth, progressive partner dance that travels counterclockwise around the dance floor. It involves weaved patterns and a series of rhythm accents consisting of quick and slow steps.

Line Dancing - Tuesday 6:45 PM (Apr 8 - May 13)

Learn the basic steps of some of the most popular beginner line dances. No experience necessary - this is pure fun! Line dancing is suitable for all ages and abilities. It is a wonderful way to stay healthy and to socialize. You don't need a partner to line dance, solo dancers welcome. So what are you waiting for? Get up, grab your boots or sneakers and we'll see ya out there on the dance floor!
