This series will be about the alchemy of taking raw ingredients and turning them into palatable, easy to cook food. -- Palak Paneer and Rice (Gluten free)- Savoury Pancakes (Cheela) with Chutney and Masala Chai (with Gluten free and Dairy free options)- Aloo Gobhi, Raita and Roti.
