Acrylic on Canvas Painting - Tuesday 11:15 AM (Apr 1 - May 20)
Use acrylic paint on canvas to develop a realistic or semi- abstract image of your choice using instruction from a professional artist. Open to all levels; beginner students will learn the fundamentals of color mixing, blending, layering and glazing techniques to execute a successful composition, and intermediate students will be encouraged to refine their skill and explore new techniques to push the boundaries of their painting practice. SUPPLY LIST WILL BE EMAILED BEFORE CLASS START DATE.
Intro to F.A.M.E (Fitness and Mobility Exercise) - Monday 1:00 PM (Jun 2 - Jun 26)
Intro to FAME (Fitness and Mobility Exercise) is a community-based program for stroke survivors and is designed specifically and proven to improve fitness, mobility and strength. The small group class includes functional strength, agility and balance exercises. Suitable for people at any time after stroke who can stand for 5 minutes, walk for four metres (even with a walking aid) and communicate with the instructor.

This versatile dance style focuses on interaction with your partner, improvisation and musical interpretation. Once you see how much fun it can be, you'll love it! Fee is per person. Triple Two Step - Tuesday 8:15 PM (May 20 - Jun 24)
Triple Two is a progressive and exciting dance style. The most popular patterns require that you constantly change positions with your partner as you progress around the floor. Many patterns are borrowed from Two Step, replacing each slow with a triple step, and by replacing each 'quick' with a walking step. This dance is perfect for music that is too slow to dance Two Step to. Fee is per person. Singles and couples welcome.
