Hatha Yoga for Stress Release - Tuesday 5:15 PM (May 20 - Jun 24)

A gentle beginner Hatha style class that will complement any other activity and help develop flexibility, strength and balance. Yoga practice will help ease tension and melt away stress. Leave each class feeling calm, centered and replenished. Enjoy a beautiful lake view and soft candlelight while you practice. No previous yoga experience needed and all levels welcome. Adaptations will be made for any body type and condition.

SHiNE + UPLIFT - Monday 7:00 PM (May 26 - Jun 23)

Get the benefits of both SHiNE DANCE FITNESS and UPLIFT STRENGTH for a full-body workout that builds confidence and muscles! Class kicks off with high cardio dance routines to current hit music using easy-to-follow choreography crafted by SHiNE. Once you are fully warmed up, we transition to the strength portion of the class using hand weights, bands, and a ball to target specific muscles while rockin' out to the most iconic music.

SHiNE + UPLIFT - Monday 7:00 PM (Apr 7 - May 12)

Get the benefits of both SHiNE DANCE FITNESS and UPLIFT STRENGTH for a full-body workout that builds confidence and muscles! Class kicks off with high cardio dance routines to current hit music using easy-to-follow choreography crafted by SHiNE. Minds in Motion - Wednesday 10:30 AM (Apr 9 - Jun 11)

Minds in Motion® is a fitness and social program for people living with any form of early stage dementia along with a family member, friend or other care partner. Gentle exercises will be followed by social activities designed to be enjoyed in pairs. Coffee, tea and light refreshments are provided. Care partners must attend. The program is offered in partnership with the Alzheimer Society of B.C.
