MidLife Muscle and Hustle - Tuesday 7:30 PM (Apr 1 - Apr 29)

This fitness class is thoughtfully designed for individuals in midlife who are seeking to overcome common challenges such as a slower metabolism, reduced muscle tone, decreased energy, and hormone imbalances. Our supportive and engaging program aims to rejuvenate your body and mind, helping you to regain strength, boost energy levels, and achieve overall well-being. Join us to embrace a healthier, more vibrant lifestyle with personalized exercises and expert guidance tailored to your unique needs.

Intermediate Bike Skills - Thursday 6:00 PM (May 22 - May 22)

Learn the necessities and gain confidence riding your bike to work, school, and other daily destinations. This course will help you gain skills and knowledge to ride confidently and safely in the urban context. You will review the basics of bike maintenance, wayfinding, rules of the road and pathway etiquette, safety and bike parking. Taught by a an experienced Bike Right Certified instructor from Elevation Outdoors, this will be a small-class (max of 6 participants).

Learn the necessities and gain confidence riding your bike to work, school, and other daily destinations. This course will help you gain skills and knowledge to ride confidently and safely in the urban context. Taught by a an experienced Bike Right Certified instructor from Elevation Outdoors, this will be a small-class (max of 6 participants).

Swimmer 7 – Rookie Patrol - Saturday 9:00 AM (Apr 26 - Jun 21)

Swimmers continue developing front crawl, back crawl and breaststroke. Swimmers develop individual fitness to meet a timed 100m swim and 350m workout. Water proficiency skills include swimming with clothes, ready position, and feet-first/head-first surface dives. Demonstrating the ability to conduct a primary assessment and calling EMS are included as first aid skills. Victim recognition and throwing assists are other key elements of the program.
