Intermediate Bike Skills - Thursday 6:00 PM (May 22 - May 22)
Learn the necessities and gain confidence riding your bike to work, school, and other daily destinations. This course will help you gain skills and knowledge to ride confidently and safely in the urban context. You will review the basics of bike maintenance, wayfinding, rules of the road and pathway etiquette, safety and bike parking. Taught by a an experienced Bike Right Certified instructor from Elevation Outdoors, this will be a small-class (max of 6 participants).

Baby and Me Bootcamp 45min - Wednesday 9:15 AM (Apr 9 - Jun 11)
Get a 45min full body workout and meet other people caring for babes! Build strength and confidence while you awaken your musculature core. This class is for all babies (3mos-2y) and their guardians and does not focus on post-natal care.

Mini and Me Go to Bootcamp! - Friday 1:00 PM (Apr 11 - Jun 13)
NO need for childcare! YOU will get a workout while your little one gets to PLAY! This class is a Bootcamp style workout appropriate for all levels of fitness that will build strength and leave you energized. This class does not focus on post-natal care. It is open to all guardians with their babes & toddlers 3 months to 2 years.
Swimmer 7 – Rookie Patrol - Saturday 9:00 AM (Apr 26 - Jun 21)
Swimmers continue developing front crawl, back crawl and breaststroke. Swimmers develop individual fitness to meet a timed 100m swim and 350m workout. Water proficiency skills include swimming with clothes, ready position, and feet-first/head-first surface dives. Demonstrating the ability to conduct a primary assessment and calling EMS are included as first aid skills. Victim recognition and throwing assists are other key elements of the program.
Swimmer 2 - Sunday 10:45 AM (Apr 27 - Jun 22)
These swimmers will jump into deeper water and learn to be comfortable falling sideways into the water wearing a PFD. They’ll learn how to tread water, develop kicking skills, and will be introduced to front crawl and back crawl.
Preschool 3 – Orca - Saturday 11:00 AM (Apr 26 - Jun 21)
Preschool 3 teaches preschoolers how to enter deep water safely wearing a PFD. They’ll learn how to submerge and exhale underwater, retrieve objects underwater, and will continue developing their floating, gliding and kicking skills.
