Tai Chi is known to preserve and restore memory and health. Tai Chi provides you with better balance and focus while exercising your muscles, ligaments and organs. Often referred to as “Meditation in Motion” the movements are mindful and continuous. You will learn the 24 Tai Chi Chuan Short Form slowly in this eleven week class so you can have a good understanding of the principles of this popular form. Tai Chi Chuan is practiced by millions of people around the world because of its wonderful health benefits. Advanced students will be refining their forms. Traditional Qi Gong (Chee Gong) health warm-up exercises will precede each class.
