Out of the bowl Ramen with Spinach-Cilantro Sauce, Stir-fry Vegetables and Tempeh Asian recipes are the best for the plant-based cuisine, as they use the very source of protein that we use: tofu, tempeh, beans….Skill: Stir-frying and stir-fry versatility, other options to noodles (rice, cauliflower or root vegetable rice) and a sauce that you will use not only for ANY vegetable but for dressings, dips and more.. along with marinades for tempeh/tofu. We will emphasize the different components of a vegan menu (vegetable, protein, starch or starch substitute). This is a community class where we prepare, eat and clean up together.
