Truswell Park is now open for public use and we want you to celebrate with us!

Join us for a morning full of fun including remarks from Mayor Dyas, snacks and a free Zumba class led by a certified instructor. No experience necessary, just show up and have a blast!

Please note that parking in this area is limited, so please consider using active transportation (walking, biking, etc.) to get to the park.

Did you know we offer Licensed Preschool at Parkinson Recreation Centre? Come check out our space and meet our Preschool Teacher, Ms. Viv!

We offer play-based learning for children ages 3 - 5 from September to June led by qualified Early Childhood Educators. Spots are currently available on Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 8:40 - 11:10 a.m.

The event is free, but donations of non-perishable food items are appreciated at this event in support of the Central Okanagan Food Bank.

Recommended for ages 2-12 years (children must be accompanied by an adult).

Concession will be open. Skate rentals are available, don't forget your helmet!
