Support Worker-Cooking Lifestyles (2 hour) - Wednesday 10:30 AM (May 14 - Jun 18)

Support persons that will be attending the Cooking Lifestyles program with their client and will participate in the creating of the meal. They will also be included in enjoying the meal if they are signed up. If they are not planning to eat, they do not need to sign up. This paid spot is transferrable in case the same support person is unavailable each week.

Cooking Lifestyles (2 hours) - Wednesday 10:30 AM (May 14 - Jun 18)

Have you ever wanted to experience what it feels like to work in a fast-paced kitchen? This program is for participants that want to learn how to prepare food for themselves and others. They will be working as a team to set an eating area for their peers, preparing the food, serving the food and assisting with the cleanup at the end of the program. This program is for participants that can move around the kitchen and are wanting to contribute to a restaurant kitchen styled program. There will also be time to enjoy the cooked food.

Beats and Ballet - PRC - Saturday 10:30 AM (Apr 26 - Jun 21)

Children are introduced to the joy of dance in a positive and encouraging environment. Imagination, motor skills, self-esteem and social interaction are developed while using props and moving to music. In this action-packed dance program, your preschooler will be introduced to rhythm, movement and balance; the building blocks of ballet and jazz dance steps. Have a blast learning basic positions while improving coordination and self-expression.
