We (at the City of Kelowna) do not automatically gather any personal information such as your name, phone number, street or email address. We get this information only if you supply it to us voluntarily, usually by contacting us through an email, application or feedback form, or by registering for a service in a secure portion of our website(s).

Any personal information we ask you to provide is collected under the authority of the FOIPPA. The information we collect from you will only be used for the purpose for which it was collected or to obtain feedback regarding the delivery of the service.

When information is transmitted over the internet, it is encrypted to protect against unauthorized access. The information will be stored in a secure location and will not be disclosed to third parties without your permission, except as required by law.
