Fats, oils and grease (FOG) survey

As a follow-up to your neighbourhood FOG prevention program, we are looking for your feedback on the FOG cup and scraper to help us determine whether this is something we should implement in other Kelowna neighbourhoods. 

Please note that in order to qualify for the draw, the survey must be fully completed. The deadline to submit your survey responses is Monday, August 26, 2019 at 11:59 p.m.

We respect your privacy and contact information will only be used for draw purposes, unless otherwise indicated (i.e. you provide your contact information so that we can send you information about future sewer and/or water-related initiatives).
