The City of Kelowna is proud to offer no cost programming in our parks for all ages and abilities.
Movies Under the Stars - Cancelled
Unfortunately, the Movies under the Stars has been cancelled for August 27 through 30 due to a licensing issue. We appreciate your interest in the program and will look at it again for the summer of 2013.
It's time for Dancing in the Park
Dancing in the Park first took place in 2011 as part of a City initiative to promote healthy active living by providing free dance lessons to members of the community. Zumba, hip hop and country are just some of the many dance styles featured.
The program takes place at Stuart Park and runs from 7 to 8:30 p.m. every Wednesday in July and August.
Summer 2013 available next year.
Park & Play
Park & Play is one program the City offers to encourage families with children to be active during the summer months. With a focus on connecting neighbours to each other and their surroundings, this program helps turn neighbours into communities.
Park & Play is a free family event that runs weeknights from 5-8 p.m. throughout July and August.
