As part of an intersection safety improvement project, the right turn channelization on the south east corner of Richter St and KLO Rd will be upgraded to a "smart right" channelized turn. A smart right adjusts the angle of approach to improve visibility and safety. Works at Richter St and KLO Rd will be coordinated with paving works on Richter St between KLO and Lanfranco Rd.
