The Belcarra Sewer Connection Area project will see 57 properties connected to the sanitary sewer system, including 37 lots connected to an existing dry sewer system and 20 lots with no fronting sewer. The Belcarra Sewer Connection Area is a high-priority sewer connection area in Kettle Valley. This project is part of the City's updated Sanitary Sewer Connection Area Program. Project costs will be recovered by a mix of latecomers (dry sewer lots) and Septic Removal Specified Area charges.
